 We are now open.  Our offices are now open and our website is now taking online orders, however, our retail store is open via appointment only.

 Deliveries

At present DPD are operating as usual including making all deliveries. If you are still awaiting a delivery this will be attempted as normal.

The handhelds terminals are been regularly cleaned, however, if you do not want to sign for your parcel DPD drivers can still make the delivery and will use the Deliver to Neighbour option available to them to capture an image of the property and a Proof of Delivery name. The driver can also sign the delivery screen and record this as a Refused to Sign incident. These processes allow us to accurately capture and record all deliveries as we would normally do.

If drivers deliver to a location where it is known someone has the virus, they will deliver the parcel to a safe place. If a safe place option is not permitted the parcel will be returned to the depot.

 Hires:

We are processing all hires as normal but only via email and phone. We will contact customers individually to arrange collection and delivery of hires. 

 Stocking:

Please be aware that there may be stocking issues on some products due to the delay caused by the COVID-19 virus in China and the implications on our suppliers receiving stock. Whilst we always aim to keep our online stock levels accurate, if you require anything urgently please call us before ordering to ensure we have stock available.
